TCF President Mr. Ali Nihat Yazici and ACP President, Chairman of the Pivdenny Bank Mr. Vadim Morokhovsky agreed to have Turkey as a group member of the ACP. Also a contract between Pivdenny Bank and the Turkish Chess Federation was signed - the Bank Pivdenny will grant to the TSF one of will cards in 3rd ACP World Rapid Cup in December 2008 / January 2009 as well as one place in the V Pivdenny Bank Chess Cup (Jun 2009). The ACP sees as very important to cooperate with the TCF, a very dynamic organisation, which made a tremendous progress making Turkey one of the chess superpowers and developing chess in Europe. The TCF shares the ACP's vision on the problems of modern professional chess. The ACP and the TCF are ready to share their experience in the field of professional chess, and believe that such a cooperation will benefit both counterparts. The ACP and the TCF agreed on the following: 1. Starting July 1st, the TCF will become a group member of the ACP, and the ACP welcomes the TCF and Turkish chess players in the Association. 2.
